Being faster than the others belongs to the corporate culture at VIPA. Among other things this can be seen by the fact that we have our own cycle racing team. Speed is therefore what you can expect if there is ever a problem. Our telephone switchboard doesn't sit „somewhere or other“, but with us, in Herzogenaurach, and from there you will be put through directly to a service technician.
